Direct Pressed Viognier from certified organic Loosen Family Vineyard co-fermented with estate prickly pear fruit. Whole prickly pears were added to Viognier juice before fermentation in a stainless steel tank for two weeks. The wine was racked at dryness and rested in tank for 7 months before being racked for bottling. Earthy notes of mezcal and nopales with floral top notes.
