Syrah sourced from the Bee Ridge block of the certified organic Loosen Vineyard in De Luz. The Syrah was harvested early (19.6 brix) to retain natural acidity.It was whole cluster pressed into stainless steel and fermented for 3 weeks. Once primary fermentation was complete it was racked off of the gross lees and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 6 months
