2025 DIRECT PRESS VIOGNIER

Viognier from certified organic Loosen Family Vineyard in De Luz. This vineyard at the south slope of the Santa Rosa plateau, with rich volcanic soil. Harvested early at 19 Brix to retain acidity. This was whole cluster direct fermented for 3 weeks in stainless steel before being racked into neutral French oak barrels.

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

Ingredients: grapes, minimal SO2.
