2023 TURQUOISE MOON

Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Sandy Potter's vineyard. The fruit was picked earlier in the ripening stage, resulting in a wine with balanced natural acidity and lower alcohol.  Because this wine drinks more like a Loire Cabernet Franc, we chose a different name, rather than the varietal name. This is a perfect weekday table wine. Destemmed and bin fermented for 7 days. Aged for 26 months in neutral oak barrels

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

Ingredients: grapes, minimal SO2.
