2023 MOONSHADOW

Nero D'Avola and Syrah sourced from the certified organic Loosen Vineyard in De Luz. Both lots were fermented separately in bins and basket pressed into neutral French Oak. Aged 26 months in neutral oak. The Nero and Syrah were aged separately for 14 months before being racked, blended, and barreled back down for another 12 months.

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

Ingredients: grapes, minimal SO2.
