2023 ESTATE NERO D’AVOLA

Our Estate Vineyard that we planted and tend to ourselves.  We farm beyond organically, focusing on the lightest touch possible. Destemmed and bin fermented for 10 days.  Manual punchdowns twice, daily.  Basket pressed. Aged for 26 months in neutral oak barrels

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
