2023 ESTATE CABERNET FRANC

Our Estate Vineyard that we planted and tend to ourselves.  We farm beyond organically, focusing on the lightest touch possible. Destemmed and bin fermented for 9 days.  Manual punchdowns twice, daily.  Basket pressed. Aged for 26 months in neutral oak barrels
