This vineyard at the south slope of the Santa Rosa plateau, with rich volcanic soil. Harvested early at 19 Brix to retain acidity. 25% whole cluster and 75% de-stemmed. This wine was fermented on the skins for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine was basket pressed into neutral French oak barrels.
